Dr. Whiteman currently serves as Chief of Plastic Surgery and Chief of Surgical Services at Gwinnett Medical Center – Duluth. He is also the founder of Southern Plastic Surgery and Laser Lights Cosmetic Laser Center, where he has built a reputation for combining advanced aesthetic innovation with exceptional patient care.

A Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Whiteman also contributes to national safety and education initiatives through the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Aesthetic Society.

Throughout his career, Anthony has demonstrated proficiency in family medicine, urgent care, gastroenterology, and various other disciplines. His commitment to excellence extends to the realm of Medical Aesthetics, where he has been a prominent figure since 2013. Specializing in non-surgical anti-aging treatments, weight loss programs, and hormone replacement therapy, Anthony is certified in an array of advanced procedures, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and cosmetic laser treatments.

Anthony takes immense pride in his ability to instill confidence and satisfaction in his patients, often witnessing their newfound sense of self-assurance as they leave his office. Driven by her passion for aesthetics, Lucy approaches each client with a personalized touch, viewing aesthetics as both a profession and an art form. Inspired by Michelangelo’s philosophy, (“Every block of stone has a statue inside and it is the task of the sculptor to discover it”) she believes in uncovering the inherent beauty within each individual: “My task is to accentuate the beauty of each client I see”.

Before transitioning to aesthetics full-time, Anne spent nearly two decades as a recovery room nurse, gaining invaluable experience in patient care. She graduated from college in upstate New York and holds certifications in chemical peels, laser treatments, dermal needling, radiofrequency modalities, and the administration of toxins and dermal fillers.

Outside of work, Anne is a lifelong animal advocate and enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her twin sons. Her commitment to both her work and her loved ones shines through in everything she does.
