I’ve been coming to Allure Asthetics since 2021 and it is by far my favorite place for Botox results! I’ve had to try other places in New Jersey and in downtown Atlanta in the past because of where I was living but now I even tough it out in ATL traffic just to come see Lucy! She is a wizard and I always love the results I leave with. Cannot recommend this place highly enough ◡̈

I’ve been seeing Donna for several years to maintain a healthy looking face. She’s performed microneedling, dermaplaning and prp facials on me. When I first went to Donna, she explained what treatment would work best on my skin and give me the best results possible. We agreed on treatments with my budget in mind. Several years later, I continue to see Donna on a regular basis and would trust no one else to provide me with these treatments. I am amazed at her expertise and thrilled and how wonderful my face looks.

Allure Aesthetic Clinic is my favorite clinic for all my go to beauty needs . Donna has been taking care of my skin for a while now and what a difference she has made : I’ve had hydrofacials in different locations and countries and no one does it better than her . Donna is my skin miracle worker for sure ! I love Allure Aesthetic Clinic as from checking in to checking out, everyone is so professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly . I highly recommend this clinic and their skincare line as well . I tried the vitamin c serum and the retinol so far , at Donna’s recommendation ( and when you meet her and see her skin, you’ll want whatever she’s using just to achieve that skin glow and perfection ✨✨✨) and I can tell you they are fantastic . Great products and experience all together ! Donna has recommended me the microneedling for my pores and skin needs and that has made a glorious difference as well ! I will drive an hour and a half passing by multiple different clinics just to get back to my favorite place : thank you Donna and Allure Aesthetics family ! You are absolutely the best !

Frequently Asked Questions

What can mesotherapy treat — is it really used for fat removal and body sculpting?

Yes, that’s exactly what it’s known for. Mesotherapy with Allure Aesthetic Center is designed to target the stubborn spots that hold onto body fat no matter what you do (think abdomen, thighs, upper arms, chin, neck, the fat pad below the eyes, buttocks, the area between your bra strap and underarm, and above the knees). It works by breaking down subcutaneous fat cells in these specific areas. A lot of our clients are also drawn to it for the skin rejuvenation side effect, since the same injections that target fat can leave skin looking smoother and more refreshed, too.

What's injected during treatment?

The treatment uses a series of very fine injections to deliver a custom blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes into the mesoderm, the skin’s middle layer. The formula gets to work breaking down fat cell walls, which helps reduce fat cells in the treated area over time. It’s a non-surgical treatment through and through — there’s no cutting and no general anesthesia. Most of our clients at Allure Aesthetic Center find the injections quick and easy to tolerate. It’s also completely normal to notice some tingling, burning, swelling, or bruising afterward. The side effects are typically mild and fade within a few days.

Is mesotherapy minimally invasive?

Yes, mesotherapy is minimally invasive because it involves a series of very fine injections rather than surgery. After the injections, most people head straight back into their day. That said, you’ll want to ease off a few things for a couple of days while you heal: avoid hot baths or showers for 48 hours, skip exercise for 48 hours, and hold off on hot tubs or saunas for 2 weeks. Using arnica cream and ice as needed can also help with any bruising or swelling.

How is mesotherapy different from other injectables like Botox, dermal fillers, or Lipodissolve treatment?

They all involve injections, but the similarities mostly stop there. Botox relaxes muscles to smooth wrinkles, and dermal fillers add volume; neither one is designed to affect fat. Lipodissolve is closer to mesotherapy in purpose, since it’s also formulated to target fat, though the two use different ingredient blends. Fat freezing (cryolipolysis) is another option some people choose, using extreme cold to break down fat cells while protecting surrounding tissues from damage. But unlike liposuction or other surgical procedures, none of these (mesotherapy included) require going under the knife, which makes mesotherapy a non-invasive procedure and often a simpler cosmetic procedure overall.

Am I a good candidate for this fat reduction treatment?

Mesotherapy tends to work best for people who are already close to their goal weight but have small, stubborn areas that just won’t budge. It’s designed to destroy fat cells and clear out unwanted fat cells in specific spots — think of it as a complement to an already healthy lifestyle, not a substitute for one or a replacement for an overall weight-loss plan.

If surgery isn’t something you’re interested in, mesotherapy can be a nice alternative to cosmetic surgery for smoothing out those problem areas. That being said, a quick consult at Allure Aesthetic Center is the best way to confirm you’re a good fit, since skin, health history, and goals vary from person to person.

How should I prepare for fat reduction treatments like mesotherapy?

Preparation is fairly simple. Avoid aspirin, Vitamin E, and anti-inflammatory medications like Motrin, Advil, or Aleve for at least 5 days before your appointment, since these can increase bruising. Eat a light meal that’s high in protein 2-4 hours beforehand, and drink at least 72 ounces of water on the day of your treatment to stay hydrated. There’s no need to change up your normal diet and exercise routine leading up to it. And rest assured, this isn’t plastic surgery, so there’s no anesthesia, no incisions, and the appointment itself only takes about 15-30 minutes.

How many sessions will I need to see results?

This really depends on the individual — your goals, the treated area, and how your body responds. Most patients need multiple treatments spaced a few weeks apart to achieve desired results, rather than seeing everything from a single visit. Unlike some ultrasound fat reduction treatments that promise quicker results in fewer visits, mesotherapy tends to work more gradually, which also gives it the added benefit of helping stimulate collagen production for some skin tightening along the way.

How long do results last?

Results vary from person to person, but many people keep noticing improvement for weeks after their last session as the body finishes clearing the treated fat cells.

Once fat cells are broken down through mesotherapy, the body metabolizes them, and they’re naturally eliminated through the lymphatic system over the following weeks, so those cells don’t come back the way they would with weight gain elsewhere. That’s part of what makes it a non-surgical fat reduction option with fairly long-lasting results, as long as you maintain a stable weight afterward. Some clients also pair sessions with red light therapy to support the skin and speed up recovery between treatments.
